Steriliser Detergent

Directions For Use:

Use a 1% to 2% solution, (1 part to 50 – 100 parts water).
The solution is normally applied by spray, but may also be applied by brush, mop, or pressure washer. Biocidal action is improved if used with warm water (approx. 400 °C).
The solution should not be allowed to become contaminated, as this reduces the strength of the Quaternary Ammonium Compound. Footbath solution should be changed regularly, and the bath washed out before being refilled.

 

MICROBIOLOGICAL DATA:

Independent tests carried out on the Quaternary Ammonium Compound used in this formulation indicate that a 1% Solution (1 part to 100 parts water) exceeds the requirements for Minimum Inhibiting Concentrations for the required Bacteriostatic Activity against the following organisms:

  • Strep pyogenes
  • Strep faecalis
  • Staph aureus
  • E. Coli
  • Salmonella Dublin
  • Enterobacter cloacae
  • Klebsiella aerogenes
  • Klebsiella pneumoniae
  • Serratia marcescens
  • Proteus vulgaris
  • Proteus mirabilis
  • Strep mutans
  • Clostridium welchii
  • Strep sanguinis
  • Listeria monocytogenes

CONCENTRATED STERILISING DETERGENT

A clear odourless liquid containing non-ionic surfactant and Quaternary Ammonium Compound. This product does not contain phenols, yet is effective against a wide variety of bacteria, yeasts, protozoa, fungi, and mould.

As a terminal sanitiser for use in the final stages after cleaning throughout the food industry. It is effective against a wide range of bacteria, yeast and mould.
